Sofia Grace Lydyard

Sofia is a remarkable dancer for her age. She has 8 SA titles for Graceful and Solo performances. In addition to Calisthenics, she trains in ballet, lyrical and contemporary dance.

Outside of her dance commitments, Sofia enjoys sleeping and doing makeup. Her goal is to be the best she can be and to make people smile. Sofia enjoys ACTC for the friendships she has made and the diverse choreography styles she has learnt. She loves how Calisthenics keeps her healthy while allowing her to have fun with her friends. Her favourite move is an aerial and her favourite item is Aesthetic. Her dream is to become a professional dancer and Calisthenics coach.
