Ava Arnold

Ava has enjoyed an incredibly successful Calisthenics career, earning six CASA Graceful/Solo titles and an ACF National title. Her standout achievements include winning the 2024 RSSS Ballarat Eisteddfod Solo Competition as a first-year Senior and placing fifth in Graceful. She also claimed the Intermediate Cali Unite Graceful and Solo titles in 2022 and won the 18/19yr Graceful, Solo, and Trio titles at Cali Unite in 2024.

Beyond Calisthenics, Ava’s dedication to dance is evident in her achievement of a High Distinction in her Advanced 2 RAD ballet exam in 2023. Outside of her academic and dance commitments, she loves spending time with her friends, drinking coffee, and shopping. Ava values the friendships she has built through Calisthenics and enjoys dancing with her teammates every weekend.

Looking to the future, Ava aspires to become a Physicist. Her favourite food is avocado toast, and at home, she enjoys the company of her two cats and her dog. In her downtime, Ava loves relaxing with episodes of 'Friends'.
