Cara Delacoe

Cara’s proudest Calisthenics achievement is winning first place for her Graceful at CaliUnite in 2021, a highlight of her time in the sport. In 2025, she is looking forward to joining the ACTC Ensemble, meeting new people from across Australia, and working with exceptional coaches and choreographers.

She is inspired by dancer Autumn Miller, and she enjoys teaching dance to children between the ages of 3–15 where is able to share her passion for movement and creativity. Her favourite food is pasta and her favourite book and movie are The Hunger Games. At home, Cara spends time with her 4-year-old rabbit, Pebbles, and her puppy, Ash. Cara aspires to become an Occupational Therapist in the future.
