Liza Williams

Liza’s Calisthenics journey has been filled with unforgettable achievements, especially with her Jeaden teammates. Her Junior team achieved incredible success, remaining undefeated in 2024 and winning 16 out of 18 items at the State Championships during her three years as a Junior. She’s excited to collaborate with performers from other states and clubs across Australia in 2025, embracing every opportunity to learn from inspiring coaches and showcase her love for performing on stage.

Liza dreams of a career in Musical Theatre or as a TV/movie star. She is inspired by idols like Emily Smith, Charlie Lord, Angel Cray, Olivia Bouloukis, and the strong women in her family - her mum, Auntie, and Nan. Beyond Calisthenics, she is passionate about ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, musical theatre, acrobatics, singing, and acting. She also enjoys swimming, rowing, making people laugh, and spending time with friends.

Her favorite food is tacos from GYG, and her go-to movie character is 'The Grinch', a nod to her love for the Dr. Seuss classic. At home, Liza spends her time with their lively puppy, Minka, who belongs to her Nan but is adored by everyone.
