Louisa Humphrey

A true icon of Australian Calisthenics, Louisa's proudest moment were winning the RSSS Ballarat Eisteddfod Graceful Championship in 2024, and winning the Solo Championship in 2023. She is also the 5-time WA State Senior Graceful Champion. She is thrilled to be part of something special in 2025 and to perform on stage with the ACTC Ensemble. 

Louisa is a finance and social media presenter and takes inspiration from those around her, with her biggest inspirations being Andrea Phillips and coach, Rochelle Hardwick.

Her favourite food is fish tacos, and she enjoys focusing on fitness, health, and catching up with friends outside of Calisthenics. In her spare time, Louisa loves watching movies and has a Bordoodle named Chilli.
