Rachel Sheldon

Rachel's proudest Calisthenics achievements are receiving her Gold Medal with Honours and placing second at RSSS Graceful Girl in both 2019 and 2024. In 2025 with ACTC, she is excited to help showcase the incredible talent and hard work that goes into the sport, learning from performers of all ages, and sharing the beauty of Calisthenics with Australia.

Rachel is recently married and aspires to be a Nurse. She draws inspiration from Svetlana Zakharova, the renowned prima ballerina admired for her artistry and grace. A self-confessed nibbles enthusiast, Rachel loves tzatziki dip paired with all sorts of snacks. Outside of Calisthenics, she enjoys walking her beautiful Aussie Shepherd, Tucker - who adores cuddles and affection from those he loves - and catching up with friends for dinner and drinks.
