Willow Francis-Staite

One of Willow’s proudest moments in Calisthenics was placing 2nd in the CASA Junior 11 Years Champ Graceful. She treasures the opportunities Calisthenics provides to perform, grow, and connect with others. In 2025 with ACTC, Willow is excited to meet new people, work alongside older performers she admires, and learn from talented coaches and choreographers. She looks forward to improving as a performer and building lasting friendships with her team.

Willow dreams of becoming a model and walking the Victoria’s Secret runway. She also looks up to Sabrina Carpenter, admiring her talent, humour, and beauty. Her favorite food is woodfired pizza, and outside of Calisthenics, Willow enjoys spending time with friends, practicing nail art, choreographing her own dance routines, and relaxing at the beach or swimming in friends' pools. Her favorite movie is 'Yes Day'. At home, Willow loves hanging out with her groodle named Banjo.
