We provide elite calisthenics performers with opportunities to train, perform, and showcase their talents on commercial stages across Australia.
How can I get involved with ACTC?
There are several ways to get involved with ACTC! You can audition for our Ensemble, audition for our Youth Performance Group, attend our workshops, sponsor our company, sponsor our cast or support us by attending performances. We also offer opportunities for coaches, volunteers, and corporate partnerships.
Where is ACTC based, and do you perform in multiple cities?
ACTC is based in Australia and performs in various cities nationwide. Our productions and workshops have been held in Adelaide, Melbourne, with plans to expand further.
How do I audition for the ACTC Ensemble?
Auditions for our Ensemble are held at different times throughout the year. We accept video auditions as well as in-person auditions in select cities. Keep an eye on our website and social media for audition announcements.
What level of experience is required to join the Ensemble?
We look for skilled calisthenics performers with strong dance technique, performance ability, and stage presence.
Who can attend ACTC workshops?
Our workshops are open to dancers, calisthenics athletes, and performers of various levels. Some workshops are tailored for elite athletes, while others cater to those looking to improve technique, performance skills, and confidence.
Are ACTC shows suitable for all ages?
Yes! Our productions are family-friendly and suitable for audiences of all ages. Some shows may have themes more appropriate for older children and adults, but this will always be noted in event details.
Can I book ACTC for a private or corporate event?

How does ACTC ensure the safety and wellbeing of its members?
ACTC is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment. We have policies in place for injury prevention, mental health support, and respectful conduct. Our team includes a qualified Doctor and Physiotherapist to ensure the wellbeing of all participants. All staff have a current Working With Children Check.
How do I raise a grievance with ACTC?

Resolution times vary depending on the complexity of the issue, but we aim to provide a response or resolution within 14 business days. If more time is required, we will keep you informed of the progress.
What if I am not satisfied with the outcome?
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can request a further review by responding to our decision email. We are committed to ensuring all grievances are handled fairly and transparently.

To ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, workshop attendees must:
- Respect instructors, fellow participants, and event staff.
- Arrive on time and be prepared to engage fully.
- Follow all safety instructions and venue guidelines.
- Use respectful language and behaviour at all times.
What behavior is expected from audiences at ACTC events?
Our audiences play an important role in creating a positive atmosphere. We ask all attendees to:
- Show respect to performers, staff, and fellow audience members.
- Follow venue guidelines and event staff instructions.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior, including excessive noise or inappropriate language.
- Support performers with encouragement and applause.
What happens if someone does not follow the Code of Conduct?
Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in:
- A verbal or written warning.
- Removal from a workshop, rehearsal, or event.
- Suspension or dismissal from the ACTC Ensemble (for members).
- Being denied entry to future ACTC events.
